A little about AISLE MUSIC
Whether it's the hush falling over the room as you walk down the aisle, or your uncle Bruce doing "the worm" to "Jessie's Girl" at midnight, the right music makes those moments feel exactly the way they should. I take care of all that, so you two can focus on each other (and random second-cousins who somehow got an invite).

The process
I like to keep things simple, personal, and stress-free.

A simple contract and a small deposit to hold your date. Then I get to work learning your songs and planning your setlist.
You celebrate. I handle every musical moment, from the first note to the final song of the night.
What's included
Every part of your day has its own feel, and the music should match. Here's how I cover all of it.
From the moment guests arrive to the recessional as newlyweds, live and acoustic and completely personal. Guitar for a warm folk feel, piano for something more classical or grand. I can perform your chosen song for the aisle walk, with covers filling the rest of the ceremony beautifully.
An hour or more of live music to set the mood while your guests mingle, sip, and soak it all in. I read the room and adjust the energy, starting quiet and intimate and building gently as the evening arrives. Covers spanning folk, pop, indie, classics, and more.
A carefully built playlist run from a laptop. No cheese, no filler, just songs people actually want to dance to. I work with you in advance to build a set that fits your crowd, handles all the formalities (first dance, father-daughter, cake cutting), and keeps the floor going all night. Basic dance floor lighting included.
I bring my own PA system for ceremony and cocktail performances, and a quality speaker setup for the DJ portion of the evening. No need to hire anything separately. I liaise with your venue to make sure it all works perfectly.
A bit about me
I've been playing guitar and writing songs for as long as I can remember. Music has always been how I make sense of the big moments in life, and there aren't many bigger than a wedding day.
I'm based on the south side of Brisbane and I love performing at weddings. There's something really lovely about being trusted to soundtrack some of the most meaningful moments a couple will ever share. I take that seriously, and I also really enjoy it.
I play guitar and piano, and I have years of experience performing live in all kinds of settings, from small intimate ceremonies to large outdoor venues. I'm easy to work with, I communicate well, and I'll make the whole process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Have a song that means everything to you? I can learn it. Whether it's for the aisle, the signing, or your first dance, if it matters to you, it's worth learning properly. Song requests are part of every package, and any extra prep time will be factored into the quote.

Packages start from $750 for ceremony music, through to $2,500 for a full day of live music and DJ. Every wedding is different, so get in touch and I'll put together a quote that suits your day and your budget.
Yes, song requests are included in every package. I'll learn your aisle walk song, signing song, or first dance properly, not just a rough version. If you have something particularly tricky or obscure, I'll let you know well in advance.
Yes. I bring everything: PA system, microphones, cables, stands, and basic mood or dance floor lighting depending on your package. You don't need to hire anything separately, and I'll liaise with your venue in advance to make sure it all works perfectly on the day.
I'm based in Brisbane and regularly perform across South East Queensland: Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Scenic Rim, Toowoomba, and the Hinterland. For weddings further afield, travel costs will be included in your quote.
In the unlikely event I'm unable to perform, I have a network of trusted musicians I can call on. I'd always let you know as early as possible and make sure your day isn't affected.
During the live acoustic sets, yes, I'll do my best to accommodate requests, especially if I know the song. For the DJ portion, we'll build the playlist together in advance, but I'm always flexible on the night if the mood calls for something different.
